One Cut Away Lawn Care, Landscaping, and Lawn Service Specifications
Mowing Services
All turf grass areas to be mowed weekly in the summer months and bi-weekly or monthly in Winter months. All curbs & walks are edged weekly. Beds and tree rings are edged bi-weekly.
Detail Services
Shrubs and groundcovers are pruned and shaped to maintain their natural shape. All trimmings are raked, bagged and removed with each service.
Weed Control
At each service visit, all weeds will be manually removed from beds, tree rings, and entrance areas.
Herbicide Applications
Once monthly all beds, tree rings, walks and common areas will be treated with liquid herbicide to combat weeds.
Tree Trimming
All tree canopies shall be kept trimmed and clear up to a height of 8 feet. Tree pruning to be performed in Winter.
Floriculture (Annuals)
Four inch annuals to include Begonias, Pansies, Petunias, Coleus, and many others are available for planting beds. (separate work authorization required)
Mulching
Shredded cypress, pine bark, and red mulch is available for planting beds. (separate work authorization required)
Irrigation Services
Complete irrigation inspections and repairs are available to include spray heads, rotors, valves, and controllers. (separate work authorization required)
